We understand that most couples have never planned a wedding before. No matter how you find us, we are ready to listen to help plan a wonderful experience for your guests. Our knowledgable Event Planners, Amber Fritsch and Sarah Patrick, take the time to understand your culinary tastes and styles, ensuring your vision is brought to life.

We offer wedding packages to suit most budgets, with numerous options to personalize your menu. If you prefer a custom menu, we can create one just for you! Our planning hours are unlimited, and your dedicated event planner will be with you every step of the way, usually right up until your wedding day.

We also offer complimentary, private food tastings of your planned menu - a unique feature of our company. Unlike most caterers, who have group tastings of generic menus, we invite you and your family into our kitchen to meet us personally and taste your specific menu. It's a great time to "tweak" the menu, strengthen our relationship and enjoy a quiet evening of delicious food and wine! The Tasting usually "seals the deal", but our planning doesn't stop there.

Our Planners guide you through choosing linens, planning table settings and bars, booking tents, creating floor plans and timelines and more. They refer you to our other trusted vendors to make sure your vision comes to life. Whatever the challenge or problem to be solved, our experienced planners usually have a solution for you!

We pride ourselves on quick proposal turnarounds using our Caterease software system, and all of contracts are electronically signed via DocuSign. We return calls and e-mails within 24 hours during the week and within 48 hours over the weekend when we are at events. Our goal is to make the planning process as responsive, smooth and as stress-free as possible for you and your family.

You can also be assured that we are an eco-friendly business. We abide by our sustainabiity policy because we believe caring for our earth is essential.

Once your big day is here, our Team kicks into gear, "captained" by our Partner Paul Ten Hope. While you are getting ready, saying your vows and taking pictures, we are behind the scenes transporting food, setting up tables and bars and of course getting ready to cook and serve! After all of the planning, you can relax knowing the details will be flawlessly executed and your guests will be wowed!

Final Touches Before the Guests Arrive

We know they will especially enjoy our many delicious hors d'oeuvres, a choice of 6 or 8 depending, upon your package! This is another unique TSH Catering feature. We know your guests are usually very hungry after often waiting for hours to eat, so we want to feed them well when they arrive at your reception and provide several choices for all tastes and diets. Of course, our bartenders are ready to prepare your own specialty cocktails and mocktails, to accompany them, too. Whether it be a tasting menu featuring local ingredients, chef-manned stations or a family style dinner with global fused flavors, we will serve them a delectable meal they will never forget!
