Tim and I believe that recipes are not proprietary and in fact, when someone asks for a recipe, it's the ultimate compliment.

We're confident that you know we're here to help you with food for an event and are pleased to help you make the same food in smaller portions at home.

We'll be posting some of Tim's and our Team's seasonal favorites here and on our new Recipes Page , starting with Tim's Salmon En Papillote with Basil Chive Butter.

This recipe can be made with any seasonal white fish and is a pretty and easy way to serve fish.
