Our springtime Industry Party was tropical themed this year, as we partied away the cold weather blues.
Tim and Dave's menu featured Mango Salsa in Plantain Cups, Spring Pea and Ricotta Toasts, Latin Lobster Salad Tacos and Rum Punch. As the Lounsbury Brothers played some sultry tunes, we caught up with our industry friends and talked shop.
It was a perfect time to show off our Event Designer Katie Vitale's fabulous talent! Along with the expert eye and assistance of our Catering Sales Manager, Sita Greelish, Katie put together some beautiful tablescapes, bar and lounge areas to create a tropical paradise for all of us to enjoy!
