I don't know about you, but after being plummeted with 4 Nor' Easters in a row, we at TSH Catering were ready to leave New England!! Since some of us couldn't leave, we decided instead to have a party and invite all of our industry friends and some of our family to celebrate the end of winter and the beginning of the party season.
Tim and Executive Chef Dave Comprosky created a menu of delicious new hors d'oeuvres. Katie Vitale dreamed up and beautifully executed our Boho Chic theme. I put together a fun playlist of California themed songs (who knew there were so many?) and along with the help of the rest of the members of our Team, a great time was had by all!
