I hope you all are having a great summer! I finally went out on my father-in-law, Doc Clayton's boat and caught some stripers last week. Man, it was beautiful out on the Essex River! I didn't catch a "keeper" yet, but when I do, I like to make it in parchment with seasonal veggies and herbs. It's really a "one bag" meal, but here's a more elegant way of putting it.
